Who we are

What we collect

We collect:

• Information you give us via the demo form: your name, work email, company (optional) and your message.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and user-agent), recorded in server logs for security and to keep the site running.
• Aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics about page visits (via Plausible) — measured without cookies and without identifying you.
• Functional cookies that remember your language preference and your cookie choice (see “Cookies” below).
• If you accept marketing cookies, LinkedIn campaign-measurement data on some visits (see “Cookies”).

We self-host our fonts, so no font data is shared with third parties. Our default analytics are cookieless; LinkedIn campaign measurement runs only if you accept it.

Why we use your information

Specifically, we use your information to:

• respond to your demo request and contact you about it;
• operate, secure and improve the website.

Our legal bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the site; where your message concerns a possible contract, we also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into one.

Cookies

We use as few cookies as possible, grouped as follows:

• Functional — “lang” remembers your language and “consent” remembers your cookie choice (each up to one year). They hold no personal identifier and are always active.
• Analytics — we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly tool that measures aggregate traffic without cookies and without tracking or identifying you. No consent is needed.
• Marketing — the LinkedIn Insight Tag measures our LinkedIn campaigns and sets cookies. It runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner; decline and nothing marketing-related loads.

On your first visit we ask whether to enable LinkedIn measurement. To change your mind, clear the “consent” cookie in your browser settings and the banner returns; you can clear the “lang” cookie too.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, and we never sell it or share it for advertising. Our processors are:

• Resend — delivers demo-form submissions to us by email;
• our hosting/server provider — runs the website;
• BunnyCDN — delivers the website's content efficiently;
• Plausible — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics;
• LinkedIn — campaign measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies;
• Cal.com — powers the meeting-booking embed on some pages, if you choose to book a call.

International transfers

Infuse Video Inc. is based in the United States, and some of our processors operate there, so your data may be transferred outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. [Confirm the specific safeguards with your providers and counsel.]

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete or anonymise them. [Set a specific retention period, e.g. 24 months after last contact.] Server logs are kept for a short period for security.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct or delete it;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time.
